A New, Transformational Entertainment District
in Downtown Lima
Exciting new restaurants, bold entertainment options, and dynamic office space. Spring & Main Lima represents a daring new vision for nearly 36,000 square feet of historic buildings in Downtown Lima. Connecting Town Square with the new Greater Lima Region Amphitheater, Spring & Main will transform Downtown Lima’s long-neglected southeast quadrant into a regional hub of entertainment and culture.
Reviving a Legacy in Downtown Lima
The crown jewel of Spring & Main, 147 S. Main Street was built as the home of Blattner’s Department Store in 1926. A product of Lima’s boomtown heyday, the nearly 26,000 square foot building was a regional hub for shopping and a gathering place for the local community before slowing falling into disrepair with the decline of Lima’s downtown in the 1960s, 70s, and 80s. Now, nearly 100 years later, 147 S. Main, along with several surrounding historic buildings, will be revived once again into an exciting regional destination for leisure and entertainment.
